Introduction of glorious Kalachakra
This Kalachakra is the 30th and it significantly coincides with the 2550th anniversary of the passing away of Lord Buddha. His Holiness the Dalai Lama gave the first Kalachakra initiation in 1954 at Norbulingka in Lhasa, Tibet.

Kalachakra is of three types: External Kalachakra, Internal Kalachakra and Alternative Kalachakra. External Kalachakra deals with external world systems such as the movement of the Sun, Moon and other constellations.
